Yes. I went to Iceland. It was pretty cold, rainy and windy, but I still managed to have fun! See the wonderful places I went through my photos. I saw lots of waterfalls, volcanoes, a glacial lagoon (Jokulsarlon is pictured above and is such a breathtaking place), ocean, sheep and so much more. The scenery was unlike any I had ever seen before! You can see how the landscape was created from the lava. It makes for uneven ground covered in moss and lichen. There are few, if any, trees. The beaches are black because of the volcanic sand. I loved it all though! I also will write a bit about the food I experienced, but I’ll keep that one separate. Look for it along with more photos.
