I had the most fun finding these awesome little birds in a local park. Amazing! They are the most unique birds with super long beaks and blue legs! I really enjoy watching them in the water as they enjoyed the beautiful spring morning. The trick to seeing such wonderful wildlife is getting there early in the morning. I had the park to myself for a little while first thing in the morning. It was me and the birds. I tend to get lost in my photo taking anyways, so I barely noticed when other people started showing up. This included those coming to exercise in the park – walkers, dogs, joggers, and other photographers. I get lost in the moment until the light becomes too harsh. Depending in the time of year, this is usually about 3 hours after sunrise.
