Next time you are downtown Denver, see my work at the Capitol! I was super excited to find out one of my pieces was selected to be part of the Wonders of Nature art exhibition as part of the Colorado Creative Industries. This is quite an honor and I’m beyond thrilled. Exhibition is open through November 2015. If you get to see the exhibit, tell me what you think. This photo was taken in the popular tourist destination, Antelope Canyon, in Page, AZ. It is a beautiful slot canyon on Navajo land. You are required to have a guide take you and it can get crowded! I paid extra for the photography tour, which requires a tripod, in order to have the time to capture this moment. The guides will stop the traffic flow for a very short period to allow for beautiful canyon photos. You’ll need to be ready with your settings and composure, so be prepared! I usually took a few test shots with people in them to make sure my exposure was correct. Then when the crowds were held back, I was able to capture my moment. Good luck and enjoy!
