When it snows in the Denver area, I head out in search of wildlife at Rocky Mountain Arsenal. Sometimes the most mundane subjects can make some fun photos! Enjoyed watching this little prairie dog run from hole to hole in the snow. This one photo is my favorite from the time I spent with him. The little claws are too cute and the snow flying up around is fun. I like how you can feel the action of this little prairie dog running. So fun! Do you ever stop and watch the little prairie dogs? Aren’t they so cute?
